1. Order Processing Times

  • Orders placed before 12 PM on business days will be attempted to be shipped on the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM on business days will be attempted to be shipped on the next business day.
  • Orders placed on the weekend will be attempted to be shipped on the next business day.

Please note that personally customized products may have a longer processing time. We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

2. Cancellation and Returns

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order is shipped. Once an order has shipped, only a return can be requested.

3. Out of Stock and Back Ordered Items

  • Out of stock and back-ordered items will be shipped as soon as stock is replenished.
  • Customers have the option to request a partial shipment if only some items on the order are in stock while others are not.

5. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only to the continental 48 states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations.

6. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $50. This promotion applies to eligible orders within the continental 48 states.
